1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering for a course, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment & Fees

Enrollment in a GenNexus program is confirmed only upon receipt of the full fee or first EMI instalment. Course fees are subject to change without notice, but once enrolled, your fee is locked in at the rate you agreed to.

3. Refund Policy

Students may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if they have attended fewer than 2 classes. After this window, fees are non-refundable. In cases of serious medical emergencies, we review refund requests case-by-case.

4. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during all classes, internships, and interactions with GenNexus staff, mentors, and partner companies. Harassment, plagiarism, or dishonesty will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, notes, and content provided by GenNexus are proprietary and protected by copyright law. Students may not share, resell, or redistribute any course content without explicit written consent from GenNexus.

6. Placement Guarantee

Our internship placement guarantee applies to students who: complete all assigned projects, maintain a minimum attendance of 80%, pass internal assessments, and actively participate in placement preparation. The guarantee is void if any of these conditions are not met.

7. Limitation of Liability

GenNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to any student shall not exceed the total fees paid by that student.

8. Modifications

GenNexus reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, and delivery methods. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. These Terms may also be updated from time to time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Jose, California.
